Returns
All returns must be postmarked within (15) days of the purchase date. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition with all packaging, seals, and labels intact.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@elinura.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
After receiving your RMA number, securely pack the item in its original packaging and send it to the following address:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 working days. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Refund Payment Methods:
COD Orders: Refunds will be processed via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer. Please include your payment details inside the return parcel or email them along with your Order Number.
Online Payments: Refunds for non-COD orders will be processed through the original payment gateway, subject to standard banking timelines.
